Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You keep access until your current billing period ends.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout and entitlement wiring is being finalized for launch. For first customers, payment and access may be handled manually at the public monthly price.
Does Pro include Live Coach or human matching?
Live human matching is not included at launch. Realtime Live Coach is treated as a limited beta or add-on until entitlement and minute limits are finalized.
What do I get for free?
The free tier includes 100 conversation messages and 100 explain prompts per rolling 7 days, plus 3 sessions per day. Pro is the paid launch path for higher fair-use limits and the full launch feature set.
What does "Lifetime" mean?
Lifetime means you pay once and keep the Pro features included in the launch plan, plus included Pro updates. Separately priced add-ons may remain separate.
